Some sessions are so beautiful and fresh in your memory you’re convinced you blogged it already. This was one of those you don’t soon forget but somehow forgot to blog!

I remember how time seemed to stand still for us on this morning. These new parents were so totally smitten and overcome with gratitude my camera had all the fodder it needed to create heartfelt photos that I hope mirror their love for one other.

There was a moment during our session when this little guy started wailing and both parents began to sing a hymn. He stopped almost instantly. Eternity touched time and a little bit of heaven opened up right there before me.

I believe that the same Creator who created this precious little one, creates the beauty I photograph. When He delivers on moments like this…well, it’s a sacred privilege to press the shutter on them.
