When I picked up a camera four years ago, I never dreamed of the doors it would open for me or the time it could bridge. A lifetime ago I attended elementary school with this beautiful mamma. After thirty-two years, imagine my excitement when she contacted me about newborn photos!

Her sweet family allowed me to step into their world and glimpse into their hearts. I left changed. You can never witness transcendence and walk away unchanged. When time touches eternity and I see spark the love that binds a family together, my creative soul is awakened as is my faith in a God who I believe to be the author of it all.

We shared a sweet morning in their home reveling in their newest addition. This lucky little man has two of the most adoring siblings I’ve photographed and a family that embodies what I love to document…authentic emotion, tenderness, connection.
