I’m so behind on blogging, this is actually part one of this beautiful family’s story in photos. They’ve welcomed a little girl into their hearts and home since these were taken and it was my privilege to photograph their moments in both seasons.

My heart is tangled all around these people. They have such an easy way about them and a little guy who keeps me laughing with his antics. He and I have a little bond as his mom tells me he now asks for mom’s camera to pretend he’s Miss Amy. Just doing my part to advance the profession!

My creativity feeds on connection and these people have it in spades. It was a joy telling their before-and-after story. If you enjoy these, just wait for your heart to melt when you “meet” their little girl later this week!
