On the Farm

At the beginning of the month we left city (ok suburban) life behind for a week to spend time with my family on my brother’s farm.

He has three cows, three sheep, one horse, thirty or so chickens, two barn cats and four of the cutest kids on the planet. My sister-in-law (ever the amazing hostess) fed our bellies from her garden and my soul with long chats on the porch. Mom and dad, the memory-makers, provided endless cuddles and memories in the form of a shaving cream fight and sparklers.

There was love and lots of laughter. Here are a few of my favorite memories from our time together!
